![]() If the problem has been seen before then they are the most likely people to have heard about it, and if it’s an actual problem with the driver/software itself they are the only people that are able to fix it. So surely the most obvious course of action, rather than leave a vague post on a 3rd party blog, is to contact Dymo technical support directly any issues with the driver/software. We didn’t write it, we don’t have the code to debug it or recompile it so our options are limited. How doesn’t it work? Does it crash? Do you get an error? Does it freeze? Does it not recognise the printer? At what point does the problem occur? During installation? During start up? During usage? It is every time? Intermittent?Īlso, if it’s a problem with the driver then there’s not much we can do. I’m not sure what answer your expecting to get when all the information you provide is “it doesn’t work”.
